The template is very basic but provides a great starting point to answer important questions that can help you remember all of the important work you have done.

The template contains some prompts that can help you keep track of various projects, what you contributed, and their impact. There are four categories of projects that have a question framework; Technical Projects (Software Engineer specific), Teaching/Mentoring, Admin, and Learning. These are four of the most common tasks that can be helpful to keep track of.

A small section is also built to keep track of yearly and quarterly goals but the main focus is on tracking projects.
